When entering your information, do not create a password unless you wish

Shipping Information:

We usually ship within two business days of cleared payment. (Monday-Friday)
An order confirmation will be sent upon successful completion of your order and
a shipping confirmation email will be sent when your items have been shipped.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. (We may substitute FedEx for UPS.)
Currently we are only able to ship within the US.

California Sales Tax will be added to orders from California Residents.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#):
If you decide the product you have purchased is not for you or your pet, please contact us at support@kitties-korner.com within 10 days of the date of purchase (date you sent payment), and we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Returning Unopened or Unused Items:
Unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund minus S&H. (S&H is non-refundable) Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Online tracking is required for return shipments. Please note, that for any product shipped under our Free Shipping Offer we will reduce the original price by 15% to cover our original shipping charge and restocking of the item. Buyer must contact us through email at support@kitties-korner.com prior to return shipping to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Cancelling Your Order Before Shipment
If we receive an order cancellation email before your order has shipped, we will refund 100% of your payment.
